Dr. Janoff

Dr. Janoff has been practicing vascular surgery in the Portland area for over twenty four years. He is board certified in peripheral vascular surgery after training at the Oregon Health Sciences University in both general surgery and vascular surgery. He is a member of numerous vascular surgery and surgical societies both regionally and nationally. He has been recognized as a Portland top doctor as well as national top doctor. He's married with three boys. He's an avid golfer and fly fisherman.  He has an interest in photography and reading.

2008 and 2009 "Patients’ Choice" Recognition

Dr. Janoff has been awarded the "Patients’ Choice" recognition, for the second year in a row, by MDx Medical - an independent surveying organization. Medical patients across the country were surveyed regarding their experience and rated their doctors on criteria such as bedside manner, doctor-patient face time, degree of follow-up, and courtesy of office staff. Those with the highest scores were awarded the designation of "Patients' Choice" physicians.

Each year, these reviews total hundreds of thousands of patient opinions. While physicians generally receive positive reviews from their patients, only a select few receive uniformly rave reviews across the board. Of these that receive rave reviews, only physicians with near perfect scores have been voted by their patients for this honor.

Of the nation’s 720,000 active physicians, less than 5% were awarded this honor in 2008 and less than 6% in 2009.

Dr. Lehti

Dr. Lehti has been practicing general and vascular surgery in Portland Metropolitan area for over twenty five years. Dr. Lehti trained at Oregon Health Sciences University and is board certified in general surgery and is a member of numerous regional and national surgical societies. He has been recognized as a Portland top doctor as well as national top doctor. He's married with one son. He is an avid reader and enjoys fishing in his spare time.

Pamela Burrows, RN - Schlerotherapy

Pamela Burrows is a Registered Nurse. She graduated from the University of Washington in 1988 with a B.S. in Nursing. She moved to Portland in 1993 and worked at OHSU in the Pediatric ICU and oncology unit until 1996.

She joined the OHSU Dotter Interventional Radiology Unit in 1996, where she has pursued an interest in sclerotherapy. In 2007 she started doing sclerotherapy with Dr. John Kaufman, M.D., Professor of Interventional Radiology, with whom she currently works. She also trained with Dr. Teresa Mann, a practicing dermatologist and sclerotherapist in Bozeman, Montana.

She recently joined the Bridgeport Vein Center as our sclerotherapist. She enjoys working with her patients to help in the treatment of bothersome and unwanted veins.

In her free time, she enjoys scuba diving, hiking and climbing all the beautiful mountains in the Northwest. She practices yoga and is a certified instructor. She is married and has a seventeen year old daughter and a fourteen year old son.
